This week on Womanity – Women in Unity, Dr. Amaleya Goneos-Malka talks to South Africa’s Deputy Minister of Employment and Labour – Boitumelo Moloi. We discuss the Department’s primary economic roles in society to reduce poverty, unemployment and inequality. We reflect on implementation of the principle of equal pay for work of equal value, which is particularly important to women, considering current gender pay disparities.
